It seems that the people at GlobalWare - makers of Pylon are having some problems.
We have a MAJOR client that has many Notes users that sync their Pilots with Notes via Pylon 2.7
Well Pylon makes any free time for a day with meeting or events UNAVAILABLE.
You could have ONE 1/2 hour event and the entire day would appear as unavailable.
If they then use "autoprocess" then ALL MEETING requests are AUTOMATICALLY DECLINED.
GlobalWare has acknowledged the problem but has said (more or less)
"that is the way our product works"
It has been more than SEVEN weeks now and we are in danger of losing this client.
Please be warned to be CAREFUL with Pylon - as there are dangers with their product and support seems to be unavailable.
