Help needed - Dead Failure Reason:Error transferring to UNMOVIC-LN1; SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 503 5.5.2 Need Rcpt command.

Please, can anyone help me out with this;
We are having two Domino servers in two different regions communicating through our HUB mail server.
For some reason, last couple of days, I can send e-mail from LN1 to LN2 but when I try to reply from LN2 to LN1 I get : Dead Failure Reason: Error transferring to UNMOVIC-LN1; SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 503 5.5.2 Need Rcpt command.

On LN1 we have SMTP enabled only because of HP digital sender but on LN2 SMTP is disabled...so WHAT A HECK IS GOING ON HERE????
Oh by the way, I found also that LN2 is somehow trying to send e-mail using SMTP but the address of destination server (LN1) is wrong. In connection document I have no mentioning about SMTP, so, where the hell is he finding this info???
