The 2 days set up include a Domino server and, if needed, a few client (browser) installations. This is dedicated for setting up one site. Additional browser installation is easy.

The 1 day administrator skill transfer includes managing the ACL and roles on the Alvea Portal, setting up groups and access rights, changing the application parameters, setting up links to Intranet URL's, setting up database archives, etc. The prerequisites for this skill transfer are that your Notes/Domino Administrator has completed the Notes System Administration 1 course or has equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience.

4 days with a senior consultant for implementation and practice :

2 days set up

The 2 days set up include a server and a few client installations. This is dedicated for setting up one site. Skills to install additional clients will be transferred to your administrator. Because the product runs on the Notes / Domino platform, end user client (either Browser or Lotus Notes) installation is easy. ALVEA software installation on a Alvea approved hardware platform, on an existing Notes / Domino infrastructure. A small additional installation fee may be charged if Alvea is required to install the Notes / Domino infrastructure.

The 2 days administrator skill transfer includes managing the ACL and roles on the Alvea Applications, setting up groups and access rights, refining access rights within the applications, changing the application parameters, setting up links between databases and Intranet URL links, setting up database archives, etc. The prerequisites for this skill transfer are that your Notes / Domino Administrator has completed the Notes System Administration 1 course or has equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience.

The 2 days user training covers the following topics :

- Common Features : User level - Daily use
